the economy and has an ordinance so it's legally binding!

3. Make Ashland more bike and pedestrian -friendly.
4. Enforce traffic laws (mufflers, speed, etc.).

Support and adopt the Rogue Climate Ashland and Youth Climate Action 5 stan dards to guide the development of an action plan and
ordinance .
Make CEAP a reality, an ordinance, and require solar on new buildings, hot water at least, PV if it's a good solar gain site.
Support non -profit thrift stores. They are recycling!
I want a legally binding plan that is based in science, socially equitable, protects Ashland's quality of life, and is good f or the overall
economy! Legally binding is a must .
So many ways, for starters: make the town more bike - and bus - and walking -friendly.
Require recycling.
