There is nothing about graywater use mentioned. The city puts too many restrictions on graywater use. It should be encouraged - it keeps water out of the waste system and puts it back in the soil. Establish a public tree planti ng strip along the freeway 100 feet at a time with access to it (dirt road) and surface drip irrigation. So people could have a place to go to plant tree s they need/want to take out.
