The RVMPO freight planning study also included a surv ey of 25 local shippers and receivers within the Rogue Valley . Based on the results of this survey , num erous freight-related issues and concerns were identified and discussed in the RTP. Many of these i ssues and concerns focused on the street circulation system within the Medford UGB. Table 3-12 sum marizes these concerns for the Medford area.
