Liquid Funding was initially 4o percent owned by Bear Smarms. Through the help of the mat
reedng_wocies — Standard & Poor`., Bitch Ratings and Moody's Investors Service — the now

The ;mph-Kinn of such complex securities, because of their inaccurate ratings, led to the collapse of

..Olserre first speech, delivered on 21 May 192Q, called for increased unity for a 'fragmented and nervous nation'.
He criticised the regulatory duplication that characterised federal and state administration of health, education

After the election, Marshall continued to lead the Liberals in opposition. 12°1 Former Liberal leader
:Aar-tin Hamilton-Smith became an independent two months after the election and indicated his
support for the government (21) Following the death of Such and the subsequent 2014 Fisher by-
election which Labor won by five votes from a 7.3% 2PP swing away from the Liberals, Labor
went from minority to majority government. Brock and Hamilton-Smith maintained their
confidence and suppiy support for the government which provided a 26 to 21 parliamentary
majority.

The 2013 state election was held on 17 March. The July to September 2014 Newspoll had seen
Labor begin to lead the Liberals on the two-party-preferred vote for the first time since 2009.(231
The October to December 2015 Newspoll saw Marshall's leadership approval rating drop 11
points to 30%, the equal lowest Newspoll approval rating in history for a South Australian
Opposition Leader since Dale Baker in 1990.12411251i261 At the election, Marshall again faced
Weatherill and Labor which were seeking a record fifth term in office and the "wild card" centrist

party, SA-Best, led by formefSenator Nick Xenophon, Who was seeking the balance of power in

Two days after the election, with the result beyond doubt even though counting was still under
way, Marshall had himself, deputy leader Vickie Chapman, and Father of the South Australian
Parliament Rob Lucas sworn in as an interim three-person government by the Governor of South
Australia, Hieu Van Le. Marshall became Premier, Chapman Deputy Premier and Attorney-
General, and Lucas Treasurer. Lucas had previously served as Treasurer in the last Liberal

Marshall retained responsibility for portfolio areas of The Arts, Aboriginal Affairs and

Dear
In light of recent deliveries we just wanted to confirm the functions of this office —we are here to advocate for
changes to legislation and to assist in constituents dealing with bureaucracy. We have been pleased to assist you
with regard to the latter in your complaint with health care.
While Fraser appreciates you keeping him informed of your other ventures he does have limited time to consider
-At. all of your correspondence tespeclally with a heavily pregnant partner and his first child on the wayaWith the
greatest of respect, it would assist the workflow of this office if you could make an effort to limit correspondence to
indirect relation to the two primary functions of this office. If you have any queries in relation to legislative change
or bureaucratic challenges please reach out to the office.
Sincerely,
Narungga Electorate Office Team

Relocated followin detention Glenside Mental Health Facility from Port Pirie to parents
home till on medication prescribed by SACAT for falsified
diagnosis of Schizophrenia, side effects of medication - Suicidal Tendencies
I was under the impression that the illegal targeting and activity was confined to Port Pirie
and revolved around the contesting of the Intellectual property Theft of the Medical
Business Plan and M.S.I.C, communication tool developed between the years of 2006 - 2012.
I believed that the targeting involved Roger Kirchner, Michael Fetherstonhaugh and Dr
Kajani all residing in Port Pirie. I received a denial of investigation and the activity from
I.C.A.0 2016 - 2017 and believed that I could not take the matter any further and that the
activity that had ceased following relocation had ceased due to the relocation to Kadina.
I packed away the evidence and stopped contesting and reporting the illegal activity and
Intellectual Property Theft and continued to rebuild my life and my work on the book
development. I gained employment in the local area of Kadina and sought a publishing
contract for my book which I had completed in 2018. Refer to letter - Austin Macauley
Publishers, London 28th March 20181 approval of manuscript and contract 2018.
I then proceeded to work on a second book development as my intention was to turn the
hook into a three part series, which I succeeded in obtaining a contract on the second book
with Austin macauley Publishers, London in 2019. Refer to letter - Austin Macauley
Publishers, London / approval of manuscript and contract 17th February2020.
