what i need is documentation of you guys still living as a married couple-- lease, joint taxes, bank statements (the
last 3 statements and 3 random statements from the last year (2015), joint insurance, if any, family plan phone
lines, if any, health/ life insurance, etc. the same stuff you guys took for your interview, but updated.
your joint family plan phone statements.
copy of your drivers licenses.
copy of any kind of insurances-- car, renters, etc that list you guys both.
i'll need some new photos from your trips, events, family visits etc. let's say a total of 30 photos.
if you took trips together, send us copies of your tickets, itineraries, reservations, etc.
i'll need 2-3 affidavits from friends and family, who know you as husband and wife. attached is a sample.
basically, it needs to be more detailed than the sample-- a freeform letter explaining how they know you (friend,
family, etc) and how they like you as a couple. it can be as simple as we go out and ride bikes with them in the
weekends when the weather is nice to they are our best friends, etc.
i'll need a copy of your green card.

Hey ME, good to hear from you! I was taking a short trip-- we should start preparing
now, slowly, and file 3 months before your status expires, in September. We cannot file
earlier than that.
Would you like to come by the office to discuss the process?
Best,
Arda
