eyes but a few minutes away from the condominium of the
« Palmeraie Golf Palace ». The center of Marrakech is only 6
km away.
It has been recently build on a 7 hectares land closed by a
wall and has a magnificent garden with 100 years old olive
trees as well as huge palm trees. Automatic watering with
two wells has been implemented as well as floodlighting to
enjoy the beauty of the garden at night.
There are 3 main buildings, offering all together 10 rooms
with their own bathrooms and 2000 sq meters of living
space, a heated swimming pool of 20x5m with pool house
and a house for the employees.
All the houses have WIFI, air conditioning and heating
(pulsed air).

dining-room, Moroccan living-room/movie theater, play-room, gallery and
guests bathroom. An entirely equipped modern kitchen, a laundry room and
a cold chamber.
1st floor: 2 suites each with: a chimney, bathroom, double dressing and a
terrace. An office, a library and a kitchenette.
2nd floor: Terrace, solarium with sofas, guests bathroom and kitchenette.
