Mr. Epstein's team of lawyers repeatedly resisted confronting the issues raised in our
long-pending motion for summary judgment on the basis of its inability to obtain
discovery from Mr. Rothstein. Your effort to now distance yourselves from the results
of that discovery are entirely lacking in credibility. Ms. Coleman's quoted statement
in today's edition of the Sun-Sentinel (suggesting the existence of independent
evidence implicating Brad Edwards as a knowing participant in Mr. Rothstein's Ponzi
scheme) is knowingly false. It aggravates the ongoing injury suffered by Brad as a
consequence of your malicious prosecution, and we intend to hold all participants in
that malicious prosecution liable for their misconduct.
