Identifying the right multistakeholder partnerships can be a complex endeavour exacerbated by the lack of precise information about the activities, locations and scalability intentions in a particular market. Recognizing this, the EDISON Alliance launched the Lighthouse Countries Network – a unique platform specially created to provide a simplified way for governments to access the alliance’s rich network of private and third sector resources to reduce the digital divide at the national level.
