Examples of how PPPs work in practice5 Activities may span from co-designing school curricula on cybersecurity to technology transfer. Public–private partnerships in the context of cybersecurity can be structured around a wide range of activities, depending on the goals and needs of the stakeholders involved. According to a study by ENISA,22 these activities may involve cybersecurity incident handling and crisis management, information exchange, exercises and the development of good practices. In the context of cybersecurity talent development, building on the Strategic Cybersecurity Talent Framework, below are a number of illustrations of how PPPs can be used to attract talent into cybersecurity, educate and train cybersecurity professionals, recruit the right cybersecurity talent and retain cybersecurity professionals.
