In summary, the different country case studies illustrate how GovTech also encompasses the development, operation and maintenance of DPI. In turn, foundational DPI, sectoral DPI and DPGs are essential for delivering digital services by governments and other societal stakeholders, making them one of the key pillars of the GovTech ecosystem.
