--> --> Dec. 12: Sizzlers to hold Night Mile Run Ashland Daily Tidings The Southern Oregon Sizzlers eighth annual Longest Night Mile Run will be held Dec. 18 at Bowerman Field Track. The run will feature five heats, the first starting at 5:45 p.m. and the last starting at 6:30 p.m. Walkers 10-and-under open the event, followed by the 11-13-year-old group at 6 p.m, the 19-29 -year-old group at 6:10 p.m., the 40-and-over masters at 6:20 p.m. and the open class at 6:30 p.m. Registration will be from 4:45 to 5:30 p.m. on race day.
