Along with his late brother Tamerlan, 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev stands accused of planting one of two bombs that exploded at the Boston Marathon finish line in April 2013, killing three. Tsarnaev faces 30 counts, 17 of which carry a sentence of life in prison or the death penalty. QUOTE OF NOTE "After 130 days of living under a cloud of suspicion as a result of reckless reporting by Rolling Stone magazine, today the Virginia Alpha Chapter of Phi Kappa Psi announced plans to pursue all available legal action against the magazine," the fraternity said in a statement released earlier today. The statement comes after Rolling Stone published a review of a piece about an alleged rape that took on the University of Virginia campus that found that the magazine did not do its due diligence in fact-checking the story before it went to print in November.
