Tuesday, 9:53 a.m. — A possible identity theft was reported in the 1100 block of East Main Street. Tuesday, 11:09 a.m. — An 18-year-old man was arrested on a charge of third-degree theft after he was suspected of shoplifting from Market of Choice in the 1400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Tuesday, 2:38 p.m. — A 23-year-old man was cited on a charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana in the first block of North Main Street. Tuesday, 3:29 p.m. — A moped was reported stolen in the first block of North First Street. Tuesday, 4:17 p.m. — A 20-year-old man was cited for not using a helmet in the 200 block of Water Street. Tuesday, 4:24 p.m. — Musical instruments were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 700 block of Normal Avenue. Tuesday, 5:26 p.m. — A 25-year-old man was cited on a charge of scattering rubbish after he was suspected of urinating in public in the area of Granite and High streets.
