The bicyclist had a bruise on her leg and her bike was severely damaged. An officer helped with name exchange. o 3:30 p.m. Thursday - A Geo Storm was struck by another car in the parking lot of Umpqua Bank on North Pioneer Street. The side of the Geo suffered significant damage. o 3:05 p.m. Thursday - Ashland man, 26, arrested for two outstanding Ashland Municipal Court warrants. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail. o 2:36 p.m. Thursday - Report of a backpack stolen from Southern Oregon University. Items taken included a silver cigarette case and a graphing calculator. o 1:15 p.m. Thursday - Ashland woman, 23, arrested for an outstanding Ashland Municipal Court warrant on the 1100 block of East Main Street. She was cited and released.
