Medford’s Riverside Avenue Reopens After Pedestrian Accident News By Diane Megaw On Dec 12, 2024 Riverside Avenue, Medford | Courtesy: Medford Police MEDFORD, Ore. — A serious vehicle accident on Riverside Avenue led to the closure of the far-right lane of the road at 9 th Street yesterday. The Medford Police Department (MPD) confirmed that the crash on Riverside Street involved a pedestrian, and the section of the road was closed as emergency crews responded and police investigators worked on the scene. MPD advised drivers to avoid the area but have subsequently indicated that Riverside Street has been reopened. MPD has reminded drivers to drive safely and thanked the public for their cooperation.
