Friday, 6:29 p.m. — Police investigated a report of vandalism in the 100 block of North Second Street. Saturday, 4:44 a.m. — Three juveniles were suspected of breaking into Ashland Middle School in the 100 block of Walker Avenue. The case will be referred to the juvenile department. Saturday, 10:28 a.m. — A 56-year-old woman was arrested on charges of initiating a false police report and methamphetamine possession in the 1800 block of Ashland Street. She was lodged at the Jackson County jail. Saturday, 3:40 p.m. — Police picked up a found bike at the Cedarwood Inn in the 1800 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Saturday, 4:13 p.m. — A 39-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman were arrested on charges of trespassing and reckless burning in the field near Rite Aid in the 2300 block of Ashland Street. The man was additionally charged with providing false information to a police officer and was additionally arrested on a warrant. The woman was cited and released. Saturday, 5:19 p.m. — A missing person was reported in the Ashland area. Saturday, 9:32 p.m. — A male juvenile was suspected of attempting to steal the police bait bike near Lithia Way and Oak Street. The juvenile was released to his parents and the case will be referred to the juvenile department. Saturday, 11:41 p.m. — A 34-year-old man was arrested on a charge of first-degree theft in the area of North Main and Helman streets. He was lodged at the jail. Sunday, 1:24 a.m. — An incident of disorderly conduct was reported at the Chevron station in the 2500 block of Ashland Street. Sunday, 7:32 a.m. — A 65-year-old man was arrested on a charge of trespassing at Starbucks in the 100 block of East Main Street. Sunday, 12:41 p.m. — A 28-year-old man was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended in the 1800 block of Ashland Street. Sunday, 1:45 p.m. — A 58-year-old man was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended in the area of North Main and Water streets. Sunday, 6:13 p.m. — Police responded to a family dispute in the area of Clay and Villard streets.
