John Taylor is a former musical director, conductor and keyboardist for Cirque du Soleil “O” at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, and as a professional pianist, keyboardist and composer for over 25 years has worked with artists such as Jennifer Lopez, DeBarge, Rick Astley, and Expose. He and his family moved to Ashland about three weeks ago. Painting the dancers As a young child, spontaneously, like many young children, Shoshanah Dubiner danced and painted pictures. By 1966, Shoshanah was a stressed out and out-of-place grad student in comparative literature at Harvard. She longed to be a visual artist, but had accepted a scholarship to Harvard in part because it was too prestigious for the daughter of Jewish immigrants to decline.
