Felony arrests Identity theft — Shelby Faith Rosenberger, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Rosengerger Monday on a felony count of identity theft and misdemeanor counts of theft, meth possession and credit card fraud and a parole violation for a heroin possession charge. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Fugitive — Andrew Alexander Garcia, 26, of the 400 block of Pacific Coast Highway, Torrence, California. Medford police arrested Garcia on a fugitive warrant out of California and on trespassing and meth possession charges. He was lodged in the jail without bail. Contraband — August Dawn Mansfield, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Mansfield on a felony contraband charge, and on charges of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree theft, a parole vioaltion of a coercion charge, meth and heroin possession and as a felon in possession of a weapon. He was lodged in the jail without bail. Assault — Naomi Claire Moulard, 27, Medford police arrested Moulard on felony charges of assault and misdemeanor charges of harassment and criminal mischief. She was lodged in the jail on $30,000 bail. Crime report Theft — 2600 block of Hawaiian Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft from a motor vehicle Sunday evening. A cell phone with a gold case, a white and yellow Bjork purse and women’s jeans of an unknown brand were stolen for a total loss of $429. Theft — 0 block of East South Stage Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft Monday. A garden hose and a small tabletop barbecue were stolen for a total loss of $70. Theft — 200 block of South Front Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft Monday. a Moto 4 cell phone was stolen for a total loss of $145.
