At 12:45 a.m. Sunday, someone used a credit card from the wallet to buy something in Ashland. Sunday 2:58 p.m. — Ashland police arrested a 69-year-old Ashland man in the 200 block of Meadow Drive for a restraining order violation. Sunday 11:58 a.m. — A non-injury car accident in front of the Texaco station on Ashland Street blocked traffic. One driver was cited for failure to yield. Sunday 2:54 a.m. — Police arrested a 38-year-old Ashland man for driving under the influence of intoxicants on Siskiyou Boulevard near Walker Avenue. Saturday 11:41 p.m. — Police arrested a 21-year-old Vashon, Wash., man for driving under the influence of intoxicants in the 1200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Saturday 12:10 p.m. — Police arrested an 18-year-old Medford man for minor in possession of alcohol, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless endangerment at Diane Street and Tolman Creek Road. Friday 9:42 p.m. — Ashland police assisted Ashland Fire and Rescue with a trash fire at Ashland High School that damaged two trash cans. The fire is under investigation, police reports said.
