He was cited for criminal mischief. 2:22 a.m. Saturday - Ashland man, 25, cited for unnecessary noise on the 700 block of Elkader Street. 1:03 a.m. Saturday - Washington man, 27, arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while suspended on South Valley View Road. 11:37 p.m. Friday - Two Ashland women, both 19, were cited for being minors in possession of alcohol after being observed fleeing the scene of a fight on Parkside Drive. 7:31 p.m. Friday - A male juvenile from California was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana on Van Ness Avenue at Water Street. He also had a substance that was possibly opiates in his pockets. The substance was sent to the Oregon Police crime lab for analysis. 2:59 p.m. Friday - Ashland girl, 16, and a male transient, 28, were cited for possessing less than an ounce of marijuana on Calle Guanajuato at Winburn Way. 2:55 p.m. Friday - A male juvenile was cited for being in possession of tobacco at the front lawn of Lithia Park.
