UPDATED: I-5 northbound lanes near Talent reopen following crash Wednesday Mar 21, 2018 at 7:11 AM Mar 21, 2018 at 7:23 AM Updated at 7:20 a.m. Both lanes of traffic are now open, per an Oregon Department of Transportation news release. 7 a.m. A crash involving multiple vehicles has temporarily closed a northbound lane of traffic on Interstate 5 near Talent. The crash, first reported at 5:34 a.m., was originally blocking both lanes, with traffic getting by on the shoulder, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation. The fast lane has since opened up to traffic. Motorists in the area should still expect delays through the morning. ODOT is on scene.
