(In observance, the Tidings will publish again on Friday, Nov. 25) Annual dinner feeds needy The few hours of sleep Cori Thye-Couch gets Wednesday night will be on the floor of the National Guard Armory in Ashland. The Medford woman — a married mother of two with three jobs — has run the Ashland Community Thanksgiving Dinner for the last five years. On Wednesday, she will start around 5 p.m. organizing a crew of volunteers to make meals for 600 to 700 people. Using the Armory’s kitchen, they will be up until about 2 a.m. preparing food for the 14th annual event.
