He was stopped on Wightman Street and arrested for hit and run of property, driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving, and cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail in Medford. 12:30 a.m. Thursday - Report of a man speaking in an alarming manner to people in front of the 7-11 on Siskiyou Boulevard. The man was taken into protective custody and transported to a Medford hospital for evaluation. 10:27 p.m. Wednesday - Report of a loud party on Glendower Street. Ashland man, 22, cited for unnecessary noise and furnishing alcohol to minors. Three people were cited for being minors in possession of alcohol. 6:58 p.m. Wednesday - A store manager at Albertson's on Ashland Street reported a woman stole $100 worth of merchandise from the store. 4:29 p.m. Wednesday - Report of an Ashland man driving away from a residence on the 2400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard intoxicated. The man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. 12:50 p.m. Wednesday - A two-vehicle traffic collision reported on Siskiyou Boulevard at Palm Street. A driver and two passengers of one of the vehicles complained of back and neck pain. 10:41 a.m. Wednesday - Three juveniles and an adult were found trespassing on a property on Alida Street. The adult and two juveniles were cited for trespassing and released.
