October 21, 2005 Healthy foods pass muster in Ashland Lunch at Ashland Middle School looks a lot different this fall than in years past. Sodexho, a multinational company, began managing the cafeterias at the six Ashland School District schools on July 1. The company, which provides cafeteria management to 20 school districts in Oregon, has tried to create a smorgasbord of healthy choices for students at lunchtime.
