Monday, 8:57 a.m. — Police investigated a reported theft in the Ashland area. Monday, 1:40 p.m. — Police arrested a woman for shoplifting at the Ashland Food Co-op, in the 200 block of North First Street. Monday, 4:28 p.m. — Police cited and released a woman in the 200 block of North First Street on second-degree theft charges. Monday, 5:12 p.m. — Police investigated a report of a stolen laptop left unattended in the 200 block of South Mountain Avenue. Monday, 5:32 p.m. — Police responded to a public assist request in the Ashland area. Tuesday, 2:22 a.m. — Police arrested a man in at the intersection of Water Street and Central Avenue on a warrant for failing to appear in court .
