--> --> AHS needs host families Ashland Daily Tidings The start of school is just around the corner, but two Ashland High School students are still searching for a home for the coming year. The two teen-aged boys are exchange students from Ashland's sister-city, Guanajuato, Mexico, and Ashland High School officials are desperately seeking host families to take them in. The students are participating in the Ashland School District's student exchange program between AHS and the Preparatoria de Guanajuato, Ashland's sister-city high school. The students will be attending the high school from September through January, and are scheduled to arrive in Ashland later this month. Host families receive a monthly stipend for room and board.
