Frédéric Fekkai, a celebrity hairstylist, appears in Epstein's flight logs and contact book, along with his son (The Independent). A group of Epstein accusers filed a civil lawsuit against Fekkai alleging he physically groomed them — including bleaching and styling their hair — to make them appear younger, at Epstein's direction (AOL; TMZ, via Yahoo News). Virginia Giuffre named Fekkai in court documents as someone she said Epstein trafficked her to; a separate Epstein associate, Johanna Sjoberg, testified she overheard Epstein discussing "finding girls" for Fekkai. The House Oversight Committee has referred Fekkai, along with two other men, for criminal prosecution as part of its Epstein-related work (The Independent; Newsweek).

Fekkai has denied the allegations and, as of the most recent reporting gathered for this entry, has not been charged with a crime.
