Nicole Smith's web site. Kalamazoo agents advised that I
[:::::::]was cooperative and understood their admonishment that
sending threatening emails is a federal felony. [::::::]<did
not appear to constitute a viable threat.

On 12/13/2004 AUSA Beong Su Kim was contacted and
presented with the above information. Kim advised that the
United States Attorney's Office would decline prosecution. If
further threats are received, they would pursue prosecution.
