Dear Mr. Hoover:
It&#39;s not very often that people of our age can get together
- and celebrate, but I&#39;ve found a good excuse. On September 16th,
I&#39;m going to be 80 years old. To help me enjoy the day, I&#39;d like
&#39; Ito have you and a group of us old folk come on down to Louisville

USA GEORGE J. LONG, JR., stated he was requesting this in
view of the victim&#39;s extensive travels and
reputation.

The facts of this matter presented to USA, WDKY,
Louisville, Ky,, on 2/28/74 who stated it did not appear 
that a violation of the Federal Extortion Statute existed
but requested limited investigation to attempt to identify
the UNSUB prior to rendering a final prosecutive opinion.1§

view of the victim&#39;s extensive travels and international
