PEREZ had Federal ObserversL lawn dentify themselves. PEREZ used profani ies andabusive language expressing his feelings about theFederal Observers, JOHN DOAR, and the current FederalAdministration. Mr. Richard B. Sobol, an attorney licensed to
practice law in the District of Columbia and New York, /¢+~eA1/
represents Negroes and civil rights workers in the State -and Federal courts in Louisiana for the Lawyers Constitu- Q /
tional Defense Committee. Mr. Sobol was arrested by thePlaquemines Parish, Louisiana, authorities, charging him wyfi 1 with the unauthorized practice of law.
