A Division, said: _
"This case, which alleges exclusion of certain retail
dealers from the rifle scopes business, presents issues
inrolving both vertical price fixing imposed by the scope
manufacturers and boycotts by the manufacturers and pub-
lishers against advertising of dealers vho charge less than
the manufacturers list prices. Criminal action is insti~
tuted, in this instance, in line with the announced policy
 of the Department of Justice to seek indictments against
i violators wherever Ber se violations of the antitrust laws
are considered to exist."
