As a result of the continuing investigaticn, another
conspirator was idantified and in January of l996 Khalid Shaikh
Mohammad was indicted for his invclvement in the Manila
canspiraey. The indictment mi Khalid Shaikh Mohammad was sealed
at the timew On January 5, 1998, the indictment was unsealed and
Khalié qualified far inclusion in the State Department&#39;s Rswards
