Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Benitez Sunday on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, attempting to elude police by vehicle and reckless driving. She was booked into jail and held without bail. Drugs — Loren Ray Bingham, 38, of the 400 block of Harmony Drive, Roseburg. Central Point police arrested Bingham Monday on one charge of delivering methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance Monday. Drugs — Charles Sidney Carter Jr., 35, of North Highlands, California. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Carter Monday on charges of delivering methamphetamine and cocaine. He was booked into jail and held without bail. Stolen vehicle — Troy E Tolliver, 52, of the 8800 block of Dead Indian Memorial Road, Ashland. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tolliver Monday on one charge of possessing a stolen vehicle. He was booked into jail and held on $7,500 bail.
