Emergency services, Oct. 1 Sunday Oct 1, 2017 at 8:00 AM Felony arrests Drugs — Joshua Steven Ware, 35, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Ware Friday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing heroin and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior meth-possession charge. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — Kimberly D. Stephens, 41, of the 1200 block of Sunset Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Stephens Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police. She was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Theft — Christopher Lee Grigsby, 33, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Grigsby Saturday on a felony charge of first-degree theft, and on misdemeanor charges of second- and third-degree theft and three counts of unlawfully entering a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $30,000 bail. Crime report Vandalism — 700 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to vehicles in the at 12:15 a.m. Saturday. Tires were reported slashed and punctured, and at least two vehicles had multiple windows shattered. The damage was valued at $2,700.
