Emergency services, Jan. 4 Wednesday Jan 4, 2017 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Drugs — Lisa Dawn Inlow, 44, no known address. Medford police arrested Inlow Monday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine.  She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Monday on $7,500 bail. Assault — Robert James Traver Jr., 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Traver Tuesday on felony charges of fourth-degree assault and coercion, misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, harassment and for violating a restraining order and a no-contact order. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $37,500 bail. Sex Offender Registration — Billy James Parham, 55, of the 500 block of Putnam Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Parham Tuesday on felony charges of failing to register his address as a sex offender and possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of failing to register his address as a sex offender and failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.   Crime report Theft — 100 block of Lewis Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen Moto G smartphone at 6:45 a.m. Tuesday. The loss was valued at $1,000.
