Rogue Eagles' RC air show returning for 38th year Friday Aug 19, 2016 at 4:23 PM Aug 19, 2016 at 4:23 PM The Rogue Eagles RC Club will host its 38th annual air show Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 27-28, at Agate Skyways near the Stone Ridge Golf Course. Gates open at 11 a.m. both days, with the two-hour show starting at noon. The event will feature remote-control World War I and World War II fighter planes, jets and gliders. Snoopy, Batman and Superman RC fliers are also expected to make appearances. Candy will be air-dropped on the runway for children who attend. An RC flight simulator and drawings will be available, with food and drinks for sale. Admission costs $5 per adult or $10 per car. Children get in free. All proceeds go to the Children's Miracle Network, which provides health care resources for local children. To reach the event, take Highway 62 north to Highway 140. Turn right, then drive about three and a half miles to East Antelope Road. Turn right on East Antelope, then drive about one mile before turning right again at the Agate Skyways entrance.
