Hurd appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of first-degree burglary and three counts of attempted first-degree burglary. She was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Derrick Justin Lopez, 20, of the 2000 block of Brookhurst Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Lopez on a charge of possession of amphetamines and three warrants charging him with failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $9,000 bail. Drugs — Alvaro Antonio Segovia, 27, of Los Angeles. Segovia appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with three counts of delivering amphetamines, three counts of possessing amphetamines and manufacturing amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Edwin Emil Stone, 49, of the 100 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Stone appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Theft, forgery — Donald Andrew Snellings, 46, of the 100 block of Finch Road, Kerby. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested Snellings on warrants charging him with two counts of first-degree forgery and first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $30,000 bail. Drugs, weapons — Joshua Francis Pitts, 21, of the 2800 block of Jerome Prairie Road, Grants Pass. A sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested Pitts on warrants charging him with delivering heroin, possessing heroin, delivering amphetamines, possessing amphetamines and being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $105,000 bail. Advertisement Identity theft — Parris Marlette Cohen, 29, of the 400 block of Summit Avenue, Medford. Cohen appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with identity theft and second-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Alecia Ann Gonzalez, 20, of the first block of Rose Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Gonzalez on charges of possession of amphetamines, a probation violation and failure to pay fines. She was lodged in jail and later released because of overcrowding. Contraband — Kevin Andrew Gumm, 36, of the 100 block of Lincoln Street, Medford. A sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested Gumm on a charge of supplying contraband and two warrants charging him with probation violations. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $15,000 bail. Assault — Michael Leo Moreland, 38, of the 100 block of Castalane Place, Shady Cove. A Shady Cove police officer late Monday arrested Moreland on charges of fourth-degree assault, being a felon in possession of a weapon, harassment and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in jail and later released on his own recognizance. Assault — David Earl Imhausen, 44, no known address. A sheriff’s deputy late Monday arrested Imhausen on charges of fourth-degree assault, harassment, strangulation and interfering with a report, and a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $18,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — 3200 block of Antelope Road, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday took a report of a burglary at a home. No further information was available. Miscellaneous Jail releases — A total of 116 inmates were released last week from the Jackson County Jail to meet its court-ordered cap of 230 inmates. Of those, 51 were released before their scheduled court appearances, seven were granted an early release from a sentence and 58 were released for miscellaneous reasons.
