Wolves down Raiders in three MONMOUTH -- Southern Oregon played competitive volleyball Tuesday, but the Raiders didn't have much to show for it against fourth-ranked Western Oregon. The Wolves defeated Southern Oregon in three straight games, 15-10, 15-12 and 15-11. The non-conference defeat was the 26th-ranked Raiders' (19-6, 10-2 Cascade) fourth loss in their last six matches. "We didn't play that bad," Southern Oregon coach Paul Elliott said. "We just made some unforced errors in the key situations." The Raiders were led by Kristina Wurtz with nine kills, Erin Lytle with 21 digs and Beth Stidham with four blocks.
