Emergency services, Dec. 4 Sunday Dec 4, 2016 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Assault — Leonardo Alarcon, 31, of the 2000 block of Brookhurst Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Alarcon Friday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault, and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Supplying Contraband — Nicole Heavenly Ingraham, 33, of the 13200 block of Highway 234, Gold Hill. Medford police arrested Ingraham Friday on felony charges of supplying contraband and possessing methamphetamine and on a sanction for violating her probation on a previous meth possession conviction. She remained lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — Christian Joseph Raymond Fort, 26, of the 900 block of Dark Hollow Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Fort Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and for violating his parole on a previous meth possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — Harold Floyd Payne, 41, of the 6100 block of Tolo Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Payne Saturday on felony charges of possessing and distributing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine, driving under the influence of intoxicants and felon in possession of a weapon. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Patricia Angelique Worley, 35, of the 600 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Worley Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing and for violating his probation on a previous meth possession conviction. She was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — Jenna Jordyn Foote, 21, of the 500 block of Golf View Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Foote Saturday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first- and third-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Saturday on $32,500 bail. Drugs — Alex Roy Martinez, 42, no known address. Medford police arrested Martinez Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and for violating terms of his release on a previous meth possession charge. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — Gregory Allen Brown, 33, of the 200 block of Pleasant View Road, Talent. Medford police arrested Brown Saturday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, a felony warrant for possessing heroin, and on an unserved sentence on a previous first-degree theft conviction. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Theft — Ashley Nicole Silva, 21, of the 2100 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Silva Saturday on a felony warrant charging first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Jose Carmen Espinoza, 41, of the 1800 block of West Eighth Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Espinoza Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $7,500 bail. Drugs — Cheyenne Libby, 20, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Libby Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $7,500 bail. Drugs — Jeffrey Larry Miller, 44, no known address. Medford police arrested Miller Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for possessing heroin, methamphetamine and oxycodone. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $30,000 bail.   Crime report Theft — 2500 block of Jackson Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 1:40 p.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included a sample kit of apparel designs, pairs of Oakley and Nike sunglasses and a package of new uniforms. The loss was valued at $1,050.
