Friday, Jan. 19 Green Vehicle Meeting: The Southern Oregon Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Association  hosts Oregon Secretary of State, Dennis Richardson from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, Jan. 19, at the Ashland library, 410 Siskiyou Blvd. Richardson will address the future of autonomous and self-driving electric vehicles in Oregon. Phoenix Road, Medford. The breakfast costs $7 or $5 for students with valid identification. Low-cost Pet Vaccines: Bring your cat or dog to the Jackson County Animal Shelter, 5595 S. Pacific Highway, Phoenix, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 20,  to get them vaccinated. Vaccinations are $10 each, and nail trims are also available for $5.
