Medford police Tuesday arrested Tacia on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief and a probation violation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Burglary, theft — Dean Scott Watson, 41, of the 800 block of North Central Avenue, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Watson on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $20,000 bail. Drugs — Kurtis Michael Marc Dillon, 29, of the 3600 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Dillon on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree theft, two counts of failure to appear in court and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Injury accident Jackson County sheriff’s deputies early Tuesday responded to a head-on crash between a tractor-trailer and a minivan on Table Rock Road, just north of Airport Road. At around 7:32 a.m., a tractor-trailer driven by Brain R Steck, 44, of Medford, drifted into the northbound lane and struck an oncoming minivan. Steck reportedly had been choking on coffee he had just swallowed when his truck crossed the center line, officials said. Advertisement All four occupants of the 1991 Plymouth Voyager were taken to Rogue Valley Medical Center to be treated for injuries. Two of the passengers remained hospitalized late Tuesday in fair condition. The driver and another passenger were treated and released. Two of the men were from Medford. The addresses of the other two were unknown. Steck, who was not injured, was cited for failure to maintain his lane of travel, officials said. Medford police assisted sheriff’s deputies at the scene.
