Email Story to a Friend June 12, 2006 Crispin has solid day at GP Downs GRANTS PASS — Jockey Joe Crispin recorded four wins to highlight Sunday’s action at Grants Pass Downs. Crispin raced RJ Uncle Art in the opener to edge fellow jockey Jaime Martinez, who went on to grab a pair of victories on the afternoon. In the seventh race, Crispin rode Pelton’s Pride to a victory for the first of three consecutive triumphs. He added wins in the Carol Wilson Memorial Race on Muevette and on Secret Venture in the 5-furlong thoroughbred maiden ninth race.
