Jackson County Library Services unveils new logo Mar 11, 2015 12:00 AM A A Jackson County Library Services has a new logo. The design, which shows an open book transforming into a grassy field with oak trees, was drawn by graphic designer John Higley. Higley was chosen from a group of nine designers in a nationwide search. Library officials said in a release that the logo will be put on new materials over the next six months to a year.
