Police reports, Aug. 1-2 By Local report Aug 02, 2017 12:00 AM A A Tuesday, 12:20 a.m. — Police investigated an assault in the 100 block of East Main Street. Tuesday, 7:10 a.m. — Police cited and released two subjects for trespassing after they were found sleeping a backyard in the 100 block of B Street. Tuesday, 9:41 a.m. — Police took a man into custody in the 1100 block of East Main Street on outstanding warrants and lodged him in the Jackson County Jail. Tuesday, 10:54 a.m. — Police cited a woman for trespassing in the first block of Winburn Way. Tuesday, 11:27 a.m. — Police received a confidential abuse report in the Ashland area. Tuesday, 12:49 p.m. — Police responded to a theft report in the 2200 block of Ashland Street. Tuesday, 1:59 p.m. — Police cited a man for violating open container laws in the 100 block of Lithia Way. Tuesday, 5:10 p.m. — Police conducted a confidential sex abuse investigation. Tuesday, 11:26 p.m. — Police arrested a man for trespassing in the 100 block of Lithia Way.
