Rogue River police Monday arrested Leary on a charge of first-degree assault. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Konnor Allan Lewis, 20, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Lewis on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and violating the conditions of his parole from a previous robbery conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drugs — Corey Matthew Blakely, 26, of the 2200 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Blakely on charges of possession of methamphetamine and heroin as well as violating the conditions of his parole from a previous heroin possession conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Identity theft — Angela Marie Kozloski, 29, no known address. Kozloski made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of identity theft and second-degree forgery. She was booked Monday in jail and released. Crime reports Burglary — First block of Elk Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 7:09 p.m. Sunday of a burglary to a residence from which a paint sprayer, tires, a watch and tools were taken. The loss was valued at $4,350. Theft — 100 block of LeRoy Circle, Medford. Medford police took a report at 7:41 a.m. Monday of the theft of a bicycle, chainsaw and miscellaneous yard tools from a residence. The loss was valued at $2,000. Theft — 300 block of North Central Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 11:13 a.m. Monday of the theft of miscellaneous vehicle parts from a vehicle. The loss was valued at $2,500. Vandalism — 1400 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 3:46 a.m. Sunday of a cut fence and a drilled gas tank on a vehicle. The loss was valued at $1,700. Theft — 2800 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 7:28 a.m. Sunday of the theft of 100 compact discs, a stereo and vandalism to a car door window. The loss was valued at $1,200. Theft — 1200 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 1:02 p.m. Sunday of the theft of a cell phone and compact discs from a vehicle as well as vandalism to a car window. The loss was valued at $1,800.
