The shooting is believed to have began in a motel room when the suspect got into a fight with three people he likely knew, said Detective Esteban Flores of the Mesa Police Department. The suspect allegedly fled the scene, shooting several other people, before carjacking a Honda and shooting another man after breaking into an apartment. Police were able to track down the unidentified suspect and use a Taser on him to subdue him. QUOTE OF NOTE "The Obama administration is deeply concerned by the use of divisive rhetoric in Israel that sought to marginalize Arab Israeli citizens," White House press secretary Josh Earnest said earlier today, alluding to anti-Arab comments made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu earlier this week.
