Rogue River Police arrested Baker late Saturday night and charged him with third-degree rape. Baker was lodged in the Jackson County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. Drugs — Larry Vernon Singleton, 28, of the 900 block of Beekman Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Singleton early Sunday morning and charged him with possession of amphetamine. Singleton, who had a warrant stemming from a drug related charge, was lodged in jail on $11,000 bail. Drugs — Abel Robles Esqueda, 34, of the 100 block of Fern Valley Road, Phoenix. Esqueda was arrested by Medford police early Sunday morning and charged with possession of amphetamine. He was jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail. Drugs — Adrian Atticus Miles, 27, of the 600 block of Oak Street, Ashland. Sunday afternoon, Miles was arrested by Talent police and charged with third-degree theft and possession, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana). Miles was lodged in jail on $51,000 bail. Drugs — Jack Stephen Blum, 19, of the 700 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Blum Sunday afternoon and charged him with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). He was jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail. Fugitive — Loni Marie Anne Shier, 21, no address available. Medford police arrested Shier Sunday after discovering that she was a fugitive. Shier, who had two Medford municipal court warrants for trespass and criminal mischief, was jailed without bail. Crime reports Sex crime — Sheriff‘s deputies took a report late Saturday night regarding a possible sex crime that occurred within Jackson County involving pornography. The case remains under investigation. Theft — Sheriff’s deputies on Sunday took a report from an Oregon Department of Forestry employee who reported the theft of a sign in the Sams Valley area. The sign was valued at $500. Theft — A resident in the 7000 block of Highway 62 reported to sheriff’s deputies on Sunday that his wallet, valued at $800, had been stolen.
