Ashland Babe Ruth registration is Jan. 23, from 3-7 p.m., and Jan. 24, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., at Bellevue School. Registration will also be Feb. 5 from 5-8 p.m. at Hunter Park Senior Center. CENTRAL POINT LITTLE LEAGUE — Sign-ups, Jan. 27 and 29 and Feb. 2 and 4, from 6-8:30 p.m. in the Scenic Middle School Cafeteria. Cost is $55 per player or $100 per family. Basketball MBA HIGH SCHOOL WINTER LEAGUES — Starts Wednesday. Registration deadline also Wednesday and is first-come, first-served due to gym availability. Maximum of eight teams in each league with single elimination tournament concluding season. Cost is $30 per player. Call Manny Crump at 734-9709. SOUTHERN OREGON CLINICS — Runs Sundays from 10 a.m.-noon for boys ages kindergarten through seventh grade at McNeal Pavilion on the Southern Oregon University campus in Ashland. Clinic are Jan. 25 and Feb. 1, 8 and 15. Cost is $10 per session and includes ticket to Raiders’ basketball game. Pay one session at a time at door. Clinic stresses fundamental work along with shooting and offensive skills. Participants will be split into competitive age groups. Cheerleading ROGUE VALLEY TNT ALL-STAR CHEER — Girls needed for team that competes all over the West Coast. Practices at Rogue Valley School of Gymnastics. Grades 5-8 practice from 5-8 p.m. on Sundays and 6-8:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. Grades 1-4 practice on Mondays and Thursdays from 5-7 p.m. The senior stunt team (grades 9-12) practices on Sundays from 5-7 p.m. and Mondays and Thursdays from 7-8:30 p.m. Call Hayley Outlaw at 941-2450 for info. Advertisement PHOENIX HIGH CAMP — Jan. 19-23 from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Phoenix High commons or small gym for grades kindergarten-fifth. Registration is Sunday from 4-5 p.m. in the gym area. Session I is Feb. 6 from 5-7 p.m. in McNeal Hall for coaching tee ball through U-18. Cost is $35 for coaches. Session II (pitchers and catchers) is Feb. 6 from 7-9 p.m. in the SOU gym. Cost is $25 or $50 if attending remaining sessions. Session III is Feb. 7 from 9 a.m.-noon for grades 3-8 in the SOU gyms and field. Cost is $35. Session IV held Feb. 7 from 12:05-12:50 p.m. for juniors and seniors in the SOU gyms or field and is free. Session V to be held Feb. 7 from 1-4 p.m. for grades 9-12 in the SOU gyms or field.
