Grants Pass law firms announce merger Patrick Huycke of Huycke and Maulding and Keith Boyd, formerly of Keith Y. Boyd, P.C., in Grants Pass, have merged their law firms to form Huycke, Boyd & Maulding, LLP. Boyd, who practices bankruptcy law, intends to focus on creditor collections and asset protection. Huycke and Maulding practice business law for privately held businesses and their owners, with an emphasis on real estate, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, finance, estate planning and commercial litigation. GP chamber to hold award banquet Saturday GRANTS PASS -- The Grants Pass and Josephine County Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual awards and installation banquet on Saturday at the Riverside Conference Center. A no-host cocktail hour begins at 5:30 p.m. Dinner is at 6:30 p.m. and the awards and installation begin at 7:30 p.m. This year's banquet has a western theme and will feature country-western singer Kristy Lee.
