Phoenix police arrested Elmore Sunday on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree trespassing and third-degree criminal mischief. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Sunday and released Monday on her own recognizance. Assault — James Paul King II, 40, of the first block of North Orange Street, Medford. Medford police arrested King Sunday on charges of first-degree assault and first-degree criminal mistreatment. King additionally was charged Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court with third-degree assault and two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment. He was held in jail Tuesday. Assault — Bradley Lyle Lesh, 31, of the 500 block of Merry Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Lesh Sunday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, felony strangulation and harassment. He was held in jail Tuesday. Burglary — Katherine Lynn Baker, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Baker Monday on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanor unlawfully possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in jail and released Monday on her own recognizance. Burglary — Robert Wade Cool, 28, of the 300 block of West Gregory Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Cool Monday on warrants charging him with first-degree burglary, first- and second-degree theft, manufacturing and delivering a Schedule II controlled substance and felony possessing a Schedule II controlled substance. He was held in jail Tuesday. Vehicle theft — Charles Marion Heck, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Heck Monday on warrants charging him with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possessing a stolen vehicle, supplying contraband, third-degree theft and failing to appear in court on previous charges of unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon, misdemeanor possessing heroin and misdemeanor possessing methamphetamine. He was held in jail Tuesday.
